Katie Oksana Raymer was born in Kemerovo, Russia on Monday, March 26, 1973 to parents Vladimir Panchuk and Natasha Orr (Alexeyeva). On Monday, March 30, 2026, Katie went up to Heaven to the welcoming and loving arms of her kind and caring Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. She had recently celebrated 53 years on this earth. Katie moved to the USA in 1998. Doug and Katie met at church. They were married in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 15, 2012. They were totally devoted to each other. Katie was a wonderful wife and mother. She was sentimental and romantic. She was always positive and passionate with life and full of energy. Katie had such a lovely smile, that was bright and blessed so many. She appreciated getting flowers and the gift of giving them and other gifts to lift up someone’s day. Katie definitely had a servant’s heart. As a career, Katie was a health and wellness coach and personal fitness trainer, a gift she used to witness to others about Jesus Christ. She found great joy in being a fitness instructor. She was also a talented dancer and liked to teach people to dance. Katie had great Faith and relished sharing it with people she met. Katie loved her family and spending time with them, especially her husband, Doug, whom she was crazy about. She was highly involved at The Assembly, the church she called ‘home’. There she made lasting friendships with her church family. Katie was a vigilant “Prayer Warrior” and very active in service at The Assembly. She served any way she could and would often go on mission trips, reach out to the homeless, sharing the love of Jesus to a hurting world. Katie was very disciplined to arise early and pray and read the bible. She loved old time Gospel music. Katie so loved her Lord Jesus from the depths of her heart.
