No services are scheduled at this time. Virgene Huffman of Broken Arrow, formerly of Centerville, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at the age of 100. Virgene was born Thursday, January 26, 1922, in Centerville, Iowa to P. L. and May (Johnson) Davenport. Her first marriage was blessed with a son, Larry Padavich, and daughter Judi. Later in life, she married the love of her life, James T. Huffman, and had a son, Jim. Virgene loved working in her flower garden, bird watching, and picking dandelions from her yard. She was a wonderful cook and made the best baked goods. She was very independent but loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Those left to cherish her memory are: Daughter, Judi Alberts of Broken Arrow Son, Jim Huffman and wife Christie of Broken Arrow Grandchildren Larry Padavich Jr., wife and family, Suzanne Bonjour (Padavich), husband and family, Mitch Padavich, wife and family, Brett Clark, Samantha Clark (Huffman), Taylor Huffman, Halley Huffman, James Huffman, Lesley Dunleavy & Taylor Allen, Many Great-Grandchildren Virgene is predeceased by: Husband, James Huffman Son, Larry Padavich, Sr. and wife Anna Belle Padavich Parents, P. L. and May Davenport Brothers, LeRoy Davenport and Joe Davenport Sister, Thelma Clark Thank you to Grace Hospice for the kind and loving care of our mother.
