Richard Rose

March 11, 1943 - March 24, 2021

Richard Craig Rose was born on Thursday, March 11, 1943 in Santa Monica, California the son of Herbert Louis and Marie (Wagner) Rose. He passed this life on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at his home in Broken Arrow. He was 78 years of age. Rick was a veteran of the United State Navy having served in the Vietnam War. He was married to Jane Schwantz on June 29, 1968 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Rick was employed as a aircraft painter for the United State military in Corpus Christi, Texas before his retirement. He was a model train enthusiast, and member of the model train club, a marksman, enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and uncle. He is survived by, Wife, Jane Rose, Broken Arrow, OK Sons, Daniel and wife Rosa Rose, Corpus Christi, TX Robert and wife Carol Rose, Broken Arrow, OK Chris Rose, Broken Arrow, OK Grandchildren, Miranda and Albert, Allyssa, Cassie, Myranda, Brittany, Tyler, Lily Great Grandchildren, Emma, Rowen, Emma, Adelaide Sisters, Kathy and husband Phil Keetch, San Antonio, TX Debbie and husband, Frank Baltazar, Corpus Christi, TX He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Marie, a son, David, a brother, Dustan, and a niece, Lisa.
