Nancy Dunlap

Nancy Sue (Tracy) Dunlap was born on May 3, 1943, in Washington D.C., the daughter of Ivan Glenn and Geneva (Randall) Tracy. She died in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on March 3, 2022 at the age of 78 years. After high school, she went on to university becoming a Registered Nurse, working in the healthcare industry for years. She met the love of her life, Dr. Everett Dunlap and they married on January 28, 1967 in Tulsa. Nancy has always been one to extend her heart and love for people. She spent her life helping and loving others. She has volunteered at Iron Gate Food Pantry, she was a reading partner at Tulsa Public Schools and she volunteered her extra time with cancer patients. She was also involved with many literacy groups and took part in Mavis Pearl, Joy in the Cause. Besides being a volunteer in so many areas, she was known for her gift giving. Not only did Nancy give of her talents and time, but she also gave gifts to those she loved. She loved shopping, not only for herself, but for others also. She loved to give tangible and meaningful gifts. Her grandkids were close to her heart and she enjoyed being active in their lives and spent many times playing laser tag and taking them to waterparks. She will be truly missed by her family, friends and those in the community that were touched by her volunteer work and loving heart.
