Elizabeth Harris

February 5, 1959 - December 10, 2021

Elizabeth Ann (Cooper) Harris was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Thursday, February 5, 1959, to William Owen and Helene Patsy (Hudson) Cooper. She passed from this life at her home on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the age of 62. “Liz” as she preferred, grew up and attended school in Durant, Oklahoma and graduated from Durant High School in 1977. After that, she enrolled at Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas and graduated from there with her bachelor’s degree in 1981. Liz became the mother of two sons. In recent years Liz spent her time overseeing some Oil and Gas wells that had been in her family for several years. There is not a service planned at this time, but her sons will be taking her remains to her family’s plot in Arkansas City, Kansas to be interred there. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Left to cherish her memory are Son, Michael Harris (Mandy McArthur) of Bixby Son, Miles Harris (Heather Bearpaw) of Broken Arrow 3 Grandchildren: Jonathan Bearpaw, Cooper Bearpaw, and Lauren Ann Harris Best Friend: Sarah Gatling of Crystal Lake, Florida She was preceded in death by her parents: William and Helene Cooper
