Carol A. Fann

November 22, 1939 - March 20, 2021

Carol Ann Fann was born on Wednesday, November 22, 1939 as Carol Ann Harris to John and Lorene (Roberts) Harris in Gravette, Arkansas. She was Heavenward bound Saturday, March 20, 2021, from Claremore, Oklahoma at the age of 81. Carol met and married the love of her life, Don Fann and they married on October 24, 2021 in Gravette, Arkansas. They were together until November 11, 2018 when the Lord called him home. Carol was a “Follower of Christ” and you could tell by the way she lived her life: selfless, yet busy. She was always involved with some type of community service. She found great pleasure in caring for the elderly in the church, baby-sitting for friends, as well as, family and cooking meals for ill friends. She was bookkeeper for several of the churches she attended. She was very active and involved in the church wherever they lived. Carol liked to bowl and was in a league with friends from church. She also liked to play cards. Her favorite pastime, however, was her family and grandchildren. She loved to travel with them and was very involved in helping to raise them. She will certainly be missed by all whose life she touched. Carol is survived by, Son, Donnis D. Fann, of Claremore, Oklahoma Grandchildren; Jason Fann, Stephanie Fann, Braden Cary and Chase Ellis Great-Grandchildren; Evelyn Fann, Kate Fann and Lukasz Cary Preceded in death by parents, husband, daughter, Charissa Cary-Ellis, and sister, Jody Whitman
