Bill was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, On October 19, 1928 to Jesse Snodgrass and Florence Mitchell Snodgrass. He passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on April 19, 2021. Bill served in World War II Guantanamo Bay in 1944-1945 and received a victory medal for his service. He married Catherine Stull on August 28, 1948 and they were married until her death in 1996. Bill was a skilled toolmaker for GE Aircraft Engine Division for 37 years. He received numerous awards for excellence in his craft and error-free production. He retired from GE in 1992. Bill was a member of the Eastland Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 6 years, a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio for 50 years and was a 70-year member of the Delhi Masonic Lodge, also in Cincinnati. Bill married Betty “Jo” Ketchum on December 27, 2003. Bill and Jo loved their family and enjoyed traveling together. Bill is survived by his wife, Jo, his daughter, Karen (Tom) Kock, step-daughters, Cindy Ransford and Nancy Chupp, his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Glenn) McCrae, Andrew (Laura) Kock, Matthew (Caroline) Kock, Nicole Littlepage, Christina Chupp and Chloe Ransford as well as one great-granddaughter, Audrey Littlepage. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Eastland Baptist Church “Vision Fund”, Shiloh United Methodist Church or the Delhi Masonic Lodge in Bill’s memory.
