Phillip Jon Boudreaux passed from this life, unexpectedly and suddenly, into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 6th, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 67. It was the apparent plan of the Savior for him to rejoin his beloved wife, Pat, who passed into glory sixteen days earlier. Funeral Services are under the direction of Hayhurst Funeral Home. He was born to Donald Ralph and Mary Lou (Warman) Boudreaux on October 19, 1953 in Claremore, Oklahoma, the third of six children. Phillip was a 1971 Claremore High School graduate and afterward became certified in welding and pipefitting. He excelled in those skills in the construction and oil and gas industries in multiple venues. His marriage after high school gave him two sons with whom he enjoyed baseball leagues, lake recreation, and backyard growing up fun. In 1994 he married Patricia Robinson, sharing 27 very happy years with her and an expanded family including numerous grandchildren who adored him. He shared his love of music, gospel and popular, and his guitars, with them and they called him a rock star. He loved many, many fulfilling times with family. Even in retirement Phillip was very active. With mechanical abilities he could fix most anything and did so humbly. He was kind and thoroughly enjoyed helping others. He and Pat loved to travel, always seeking to learn more about nature, science and history through museums and landmarks. Phillip and Pat loved their church family and spiritual growth at Carbondale Assembly. They learned the truth of God’s Word and experienced the proof of His love in the journey of their lives, a testimony of faith and love poured out to others.
