Judy Robb

Judith “Judy” Anne Robb, born Judith Anne Becker, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025, at the age of 80. Judy was born in Syracuse, New York, on February 10, 1945, to Robert H. Becker and Harriet O. (Cunningham) Becker, the middle of three sisters: Kathy (older) and Maryellen (younger). She graduated from high school in 1963, and soon after, the Becker family moved to Oklahoma City. Judy attended the University of Oklahoma, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising in 1967, a reflection of her lifelong eye for style and detail. Her early career took her into retail management, where she worked for Target and Dillard’s as a merchandising manager. Later, she expanded her professional experience into accounts payable and payroll, but she found her true calling as a Group Benefits Representative with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Oklahoma, where she spent many fulfilling years helping others navigate their benefits and care. It was while working at Target that Judy met her future husband, Bill Robb. The two were married on June 26, 1971, and together built a home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where they raised their son, Will. Judy was known for her strong work ethic, her devotion to friends, and her generous heart. After retiring, Judy gave her time and energy to Broken Arrow Neighbors, volunteering to help local families in need. Her compassion and warmth touched many lives, both personally and professionally. Of all her roles in life, Judy most cherished being “Nana.” She adored her two grandchildren, Callie and Hetty, and nothing brought her more joy than spending time with them. Judy is survived by her son, Will Robb, and his wife, April; her beloved grandchildren, Callie and Hetty; and her sister, Maryellen Mooney. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Harriet Becker, and her older sister, Kathy Becker Rogers. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Judy’s memory to Broken Arrow Neighbors. Judy will be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, and the quiet strength she brought to every chapter of her life.
